FEDERAZIONE NATURISTA ITALIANA

 In the XVI legislature (started on 04/29/2008) there are two bills on naturism both presented to the Senate, one sees how the petitioner, Senator Piergiorgio Massidda (PDL), the other Senator Donatella Poretti (PD ).

Senator Massidda submitted the bill S.478 May 12, 2008, the same date 24 September 2008 was assigned to the 1st Commission perman body (Constitutional Affairs), has not yet started the exam.

Senator Donatella Poretti along with Senator Marco Perduca (PD) presented the bill S.1265 on December 5, 2008 and, in February 2008, it s ono added as co-signatories Senators: Anna Maria Carloni (PD), Roberto Della Seta (PD), by Giovan Paolo Roberto (PD), Vidmer Mercatali (PD) and Umberto Veronesi. The draft law, which repeats the text already discussed in the last parliament by 'Mr Franco Grillini, on 12 March 2009 was assigned to the 1st Standing Committee (Constitutional Affairs), has not yet started the exam.

Previous Parliaments

In the XIII legislature (from 09.05.1996 to 29.05.2009) the two bills submitted by the Hon. Sauro Turroni (Greens-U), C. 529, and Hon. Piergiorgio Massidda Force (Italy), C.6490, merged into a unified tes to the 12th Commission (Social Affairs) after a hearing also heard a representative of FENAIT. It was the month of January 2001 and work on the unified text could not continue for the term of the legislature.

In the XIV legislature (from 30.05.2001 to 04.27.2006) Hon. Piergiorgio Massidda, re-election, reappeared on May 30, 2001 your bill C. 286: Rules for the recognition of the right to practice naturism.

The bill Massidda, which do not contain co-signatories, was assigned to the 12th Commission (Social Affairs) on 25 July 2001 but he has never been examining as ever on the agenda of the Commission.

The Hon. Sauro Turroni, in the XIV legislature, he was elected to the Senate and, as a Senator, again presented his bill, S. 153 on 7 June 2001, but this act was never assigned.

Also in the XIV legislature, parliamentary initiative of Hon. Alfonso Pecoraro Scanio (Mixed, Green-U), on June 21, 2001, was presented the bill c. 961: Recognizing the practice of naturism. The bill Pecoraro Scanio, with 24 co-signatories of the center-left, was assigned to the 12th Commission (Social Affairs) on 11 October 2001 but he never started the exam.
On 28 July 2004, still in the XIV legislature, with great support of FENAIT, was presented for parliamentary initiative of Hon. Franco Grillini (Dem. L.-U) the bill C. 5194: Decriminalization of the practice of naturism and regulation of tourist facilities reserved for naturists. The bill Grillini, with over 40 co-signatories of the center-left, was assigned to the 12th Commission (Social Affairs) on 27 September 2004 but never started the exam.

In XVa legislature (from 28.04.2006 to 28.04.2008) in addition to the bill by the Hon. Franco Grillini 'Decriminalization of the practice of naturism and regulation of tourist and recreational facilities reserved for naturists' (C.276), presented at the start of term in the House of Representatives, September 26, 2006 was presented, on the initiative of Hon. Angelo Bonelli, the draft law 'standards for the recognition and regulation of the practice of naturism' (C.1703). They were also already been presented two other bills on naturism in the Senate of the Republic. Senator Green Gianpaolo Silvestri presented to the Senate a bill (S.479) equal identical to the Hon. Grillini.

Another bill was presented, again in the Senate, "Regulations for the recognition of the right to practice naturism" (S.450) from the Senator Piergiorgio Massidda.
